About The Miners Community Centre

The Miners Working Mens Club was a social club on a working class estate in North Manchester until it was left and neglected. We are a small collective of artists and musicians who have been given the chance to revamp the building over the past decade, transforming it into an award-winning multi-arts venue and community centre. The centre is a place where people from all backgrounds can meet and socialise. Facilities include a community café, art exhibition spaces and Moston Small Cinema, a cinema and theatre space that has hosted films and events from the likes of Sigur Ros, Ken Loach, Embrace and many more.
